Ingredients

  • Raw papaya
  • 5 Garlic Cloves
  • 5 Chili ( If you can’t spicy eat, it’s ok to don’t use it)
  • 2 tomatoes cut
  • Roasted peanuts 2 tablespoons
  • Long bean sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dried shrimp
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

How to cooking

Chop papaya to chop a line. Pound chili and garlic to crack in a Thai mortar, followed by tomatoes, long beans sliced, roasted peanuts, dried shrimp, pounded and followed by papaya lines. Season with the remaining mixture.

You can find green papaya easily at your local grocery stores. But if you can’t find it where you live, you can use regular cucumber- just peel and seed, the shred.
