1. Perfect practice
Why you must worry as you already practiced your body to be strong and ready for it. Keep doing the same practice even it’s the last day. By the way, do not work out too hard, do what you have been practicing then you will be fine the next day.
2. Try to relax
If you are too much excited or worried, why do not you go out to take a look or walk at the place that you will compete tomorrow to relax. Try to imagine that it’s the route that makes you happy to run on it.

Drinking is also important before going to race. Before you start to run do not gulp the water but just sip it including during the race. Moreover, the day before the race drink 2-3 liters of water and avoid to drink alcohol before the day of the race.
